Dear friends, family and fans! 

Happy 2008!!!  I hope this finds all of you well and sticking to your New Years Resolutions.  No matter what your goals are…to lose 10 pounds, run a marathon, eat better, make sure you include something in there just for you…something non “health” related.  Let me share a couple of mine with you:

  1. Spend four hours a week of quality Corry time – “relax”
  2. Spend four hours a week with my girlfriends
  3. Stick to a budget
  4. Add more veggies into my off season diet (yeah, I know, I know…I should be better at this)

Although you will not see me on the stage competing this coming season, I am still training hard, and trying some new workouts.  Recently I started adding in some Kettle-bell training and some fun group exercise classes like Les Mills Body Combat, Body Jam and Body Step. 

I am also using the time to focus on developing all of my businesses, and hopefully very soon start a family!!!  I can not thank all of you enough for all of your support through out the last couple of years!
